2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Resolutions?! Bwahahahahahah, uh no fucking way! The only quasi resolution I have for this year is to get healthy and finally graduate!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My sister-in-law, Ginny. She gave birth to Zachary Alexander on Christmas Eve!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My godparents' mother, Grandma B passed away. She left a huge hole in many hearts!
5. What countries did you visit?
I live 5 miles from Juarez, somunbitchin'Mexico! This pretty much counts as another damn country!
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
Can a bitch get some peace of mind? Seriously?? I would like for my family to be healthy.
7. What dates from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Hmmmm, not really dates. But the supposed "end" of the War in Iraq, and Overturning of Don't Ask, Don't Tell.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I didn't choke anyone to sleep! Go me!
9. What was your biggest failure?
Started smoking again!
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I'm pushing 40 years old. I can injure myself in my sleep!
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Lots of motorcycle parts! My first overly priced designer handbag, even though I got that bitch on sale! Tons of Pampered Chef goodies!
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My little fur babies saved me through the deployment!
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I wouldn't even know where to start! Several "friends" and neighbors seemed to have really dropped the ball when it comes to tact and decency.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Textbooks! FML!
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Finally getting my bike put back together and riding a lot! And finding out that I can graduate Summer 2011. That means I will have finished my degree in 3 years!

I wanted to travel more, read more, write more, workout more....

I wish I spent less time on frivolous bullshit, with narrow-minded people!

Dinner with the Nusser's; our close friends and neighbors here!

Nope!

Hate is a strong word. Let's just say I choose to "distance" myself.

I read too many, to just pick ONE!

Yikes! Again, too many!

I got my clavicles pierced and loved 'em! But the jackass used the wrong jewelry and I had to take them out! =[

More tattoos! I want to get some vintage clothes or some patterns to do my own. But I think I must acquire a social life in which to wear them, first!

My friends, Gen and Bobbi Jo ordered Chinese food and surprised me with a picnic! I turned 39.

A trip to Greece? Just sayin...

Pajamas!

Lots of coffee or booze! Or coffee with some booze! My friend bringing me coffee and/or booze!

I developed a sick crush on Lil Wayne! (Don't even ask....)

I'm more of a social issue misfit! Politicians are WHORES!

Randall! Of course I miss my Laura, incessantly! She's the Thelma, to my Louise! =]

I didn't meet anyone new in 2010. I'm a damn hermit (thank you, higher education!)

Some people REALLY are disposible! Sad, but true! They are just so fucking toxic they contaminate everyone and everything around them.

ReplyDeleteI traded my Ducati and my husbands Ducati in for a Corvette, which I totally fucking adore!!! I am holding on to my hawk, it's the perfect little bike now I just need to get my ass in gear and on it next summer. Funnny thing, the older I get the closer to death I realize I am the less willing I am to tempt the Reaper.
Also, the smoking don't beat your self up over it. One day the quitting will stick. I speak from experience.
You know I could ramble on all day but I will spare you, but the last time I smelled someone smoking it smelled so fucking good and it's been a year and like four months with out one single drag. And other times it stinks. So...I know I'm no help and also I said I would stop rambling so now I will. Peace out!
@A Vapid Blonde Hub's absolute dream bike is a Ducati! I just have a Katana. She has quite a few mods and lots of sentimental value, since she's my first bike. I'll probably keep her forever. I am rather fond of the new BMW S1000rr. Someday maybe...
